Typography
The fonts for headings and text, from Shopify’s font library, and their sizes.
Fonts from the library load fast and include bold and italic. Pick a heading font with character and a calm text font.

General
- Heading font
- Font from Shopify’s libraryShown in languages written in Latin letters. Other scripts, such as Hebrew and Arabic, use the visitor's device font.
- Body font
- Font from Shopify’s library
- Thin display font
- Font from Shopify’s libraryFor large text designed to be thin: the choices in “Where are you headed”, the phone menu, the countdown, large prices and best-seller numbers. Choose a thin weight (200 or 300). Hebrew and Arabic use the device font.
Sizes
- Body text size
- Slider, 14 to 20 pxDefault: 17 px
- Heading size
- Slider, 80 to 130 %Default: 100 %Scales every heading up or down together. 100% is the designed size.
- Display heading weight
- Slider, 200 to 800Default: 500Applies to large display titles, such as the collection title. Regular headings stay at regular weight.
- Section heading weight
- Slider, 300 to 800Default: 700One weight for every section heading, such as "Best sellers". A section with its own text style uses its own setting.
- Button text weight
- Slider, 300 to 800Default: 400The weight of the words on every button in the store: add to cart, checkout, the cart and the menu. Regular (400) is light and elegant.
